Activio has launched the Activio Smart Belt, a chest belt that monitors the user’s heart rate. The new fitness tracker is designed for both individual and group training.

The Activio App for solo training lets users take the system with them wherever they go. All their personal stats are automatically synced with their training diary at myActivio.com, where they can easily be accessed for analysis, planning and follow-up.

The Activio Smart Belt is water resistant and delivers feedback in real time. The tracker has wireless connectivity with Bluetooth Smart and Activio Non-Interference Protocol. It can be used with an iPhone and is compatible with most fitness and training apps. The Activio Smart Belt doesn’t require any extra accessories or installation; it works right out of the box.
