OptiShot2 Golf Simulator Helps Golfers Improve Shot Accuracy

OptiShot2 Golf Simulator is an award-winning simulator that delivers sophisticated performance data and results, and is compact enough to fit in a briefcase.

The OptiShot2 Golf Simulator is designed to help golfers lower their scores and improve their performance. Developed by the Michigan-based company OptiShot Golf, the award-winning technology works with any golf club and is very easy to set up and use. All users need is a Windows or Mac computer, golf clubs, and space to swing them to get accurate data on their shots in real time and start improving their swing.

The golf simulator uses 16 infrared sensors to track golf clubs before, during and after contact. It provides users with visual data on club head speed, face angle, swing path, swing tempo, distance, face contact, and shot shape. The technology was developed to help golfers get closer to the pin, learn more about their clubs' exact distances, and build confidence in their game. With the simulator, users can play 18 holes in less than an hour using either real or foam golf balls and shoot full rounds with up to four players.

The OptiShot Golf software lets users experience some of the world-famous golf courses in a highly immersive 3D environment. The virtual golf courses available with the simulator include the Golf Club Scottsdale, Long Island Black, Barsebäck Golf Club, Black Mountain, the Canadian Club, Palm Desert Canyons, and West Maui Plantation. OptiShot offers other courses that may be added to the simulator. These include the Monterey Classic, Whispering Dunes, Capitol Club, Pointe Vedra and the Golden Gate Club.

The OptiShot2 Golf Simulator lets golfers choose between two modes: practice or play. Practice Mode allows them to practice and improve their shot accuracy on any of the courses that come with the software. Users can set up the same shot several times or follow the ball to the hole.

Play Mode offers a realistic playing experience in a virtual environment while tracking and storing all performance data for analysis. Golfers can also select different types of games, including stroke play, match play, Stableford, better ball, best ball and alternate shots.

The OptiShot2 Golf Simulator comes with an infrared optical swing pad, the OptiShot Golf 3D Software, foam golf balls for practice, adjustable rubber tees, a USB cable and a starter guide.
