The Fitness Show 2014, Australia’s leading event for fitness and health, will be held at the Sydney Showground on October 18 and 19.
The Fitness Show 2014, the ultimate event for the fitness, wellness and health industry down under, will be hosted at the Sydney Olympic Park on October 18 and 19. More than 130 of the industry’s leading brands will present their products and services, while fitness celebrities including UFC superstars Alexander Gustafsson, Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone, and Kyle Noke will host training sessions and meet fans during the show.
The exhibitors at the Fitness Show 2014 will include BodyTastic, Garmin, InBody Australia, Polar Australia, the ACPE Academy, Concept2 Australia, Diabetes NSW, the Australian Institute of Fitness, the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers, and Australian Medical Supplies.
The layout of the show will be divided into three zones: Active Zone, Strength & Conditioning Zone, and Bike & Endurance Zone. The Active Zone will feature fitness fashion, equipment, training aids and accessories. The zone will also host the Healthy Living Stage where expert speakers will share tips on training and nutrition.
The Strength & Conditioning Zone will be the place to go for the latest in sports nutrition, natural bodybuilding, boxing, and martial arts. Several bodybuilding competitions and CrossFit challenges will be held to inspire the visitors.
The Bike & Endurance Zone will feature the latest bikes, accessories, apparel, and products designed to enhance endurance and performance in cycling.
The Network Intensive Training Summit, a one-day event collocated with the Fitness Show, will be held on October 19. The summit will offer two strands to choose from, Training: Women and Training: Small Groups. Each strand will feature five sessions covering both theory and practical learning, and visitors will get free access to the Fitness Show, held next door.
The Real Insurance Spring Cycle, a celebration of cycling which will give participants a unique opportunity to explore the iconic attractions of Sydney by bike, will also take place on October 19 and cross the line at the Sydney Olympic Park.
