FunXtion Virtual is a virtual training solution that allows fitness club operators to increase the efficiency of their FunXtion zone by using the virtual training program outside the scheduled FunXtion classes. The virtual programs can be run at any time and do not require a qualified instructor to lead the class.
FunXtion training programs are designed for small groups at gyms and fitness clubs. They offer fun, energizing, highly efficient workouts and motivate gym goers to dramatically improve their fitness level. The programs were developed to prevent participants from getting bored and giving up before they reach their fitness goals, and they accomplish this by transforming training into an experience that gym goers enjoy regardless of their fitness level.
The programs were developed by FunXtion International BV, a Dutch company dedicated to turning fitness training into a fun, exciting experience that keeps people coming back for more. The company offers different training programs for different groups, from young to old and from beginner to advanced, allowing participants to get optimal results at their own level.
FunXtion lessons are typically 30 minutes long and designed to train the entire body while keeping participants engaged and energised throughout the workout session. Participants typically use kettlebells, weighted balls, core bags, battle ropes and speed ladders during the workouts. The programs are led by certified FunXtion instructors who guide, motivate and entertain participants to ensure that they get the most out their workout. FunXtion International offers training and certification to group and personal trainers before they start presenting the programs at fitness clubs.
FunXtion Virtual offers six exercises in six zones – Kettlebag Zone, Powerbag Zone, Boxing Zone, Strength Zone, Core Zone and SAQ Zone – to train all the major muscle groups. All the exercises are explained before the workout begins to ensure that participants perform the moves correctly.
