MyZone was one of the featured exhibitors at the 2014 Club Industry Show, which ran from October 22 to 24 in Chicago.

The MyZone exercise tracking system was one of the many innovative products showcased at the 2014 Club Industry Show (CIS), held in Chicago, Illinois from October 22 to 24.

The MyZone Physical Activity Belt uses a heart rate monitor to track the user's effort and deliver accurate data that helps the user make the most out of his/her workouts. The belt can store up to 16 hours of activity data, which makes it a practical choice for users who occasionally exercise outside of their gyms. The tracking system wirelessly uploads the data to an online logbook which users can access directly or through the MyZone Lite App.

The MyZone Lite App allows users to easily review all their activity on their smartphone. Users can also monitor their activity calendar, challenges, and activity graphs. The app even lets them upload before and after photos and keep a food diary with pictures.

MyZone lets users set personal goals and then displays running men along the progress bar to show the users the progress they have made toward achieving those goals. MyZone 2.0, the upgraded version of the system, has introduced social and group game features to motivate users to be more active more often.

Users who wear the MyZone Physical Activity Belt at the gym can see their data displayed in colour-coded tiles on screens around the facility. The real-time data on calories burned, percentage of maximum effort, heart beats per minute, and MyZone Effort Points (MEPs) motivates users to put in more effort into their workouts to achieve their fitness goals. The colour of the tile represents the personal training intensity zone the user is working in. myzone exercise tracking

The real-time leaderboard lets MyZone users challenge their friends, making exercise more fun by turning it into a game. Zone Match, an innovative group training program, is designed for use on the cardio floor and uses elements of gaming to drive gym members to exercise. The program encourages members to train more effectively and get better results.

MyZone users can also share their results on Twitter and Facebook, where they can get support and encouragement from their friends and family, and let social accountability keep them honest and motivated to keep working toward their goals.
